There is a new 60 second movie on our site called "offensive material". I think the title speaks for itself. I'd love it if you guys would take a look at it and share your thoughts.

    view it here!

    Hey there.

I enjoyed it. Funny stuff. Good job man.

I didn't "get" the ending though.

Everything is found offensive by someone?

I think you missed an opportunity for an easy laugh though. You could have had him swearing and had it bleeping him out... Just an idea.

Good job though. Keep making and posting them.

    Despin out.

hmmm, I didn't really like it.

the idea was too "out there" (and old) for me, I didn't really find it funny. looked like an excuse to play with a new filter ;-)

also the pacing and editing wasn't up to the usual standard I didn't think.

i think it would have been more interesting to explore censorship during wartime ...

    Despin,

You got it right. That is indeed the ending. If we were to pixelate anything anyone found offensive, the entire world would be pixels. As for the beeping ending, you are right, that might have been a good laugh. Fortunatly, we made another 60 second movie around the same time about beeping. I'll post a link when it is online.

    Kev O,

Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for the 2 thumbs up.

    miker,

Oh miker, your review hurt me the most. And after we put your movie "Dupe" on our site. This is the ultimate betrayal! But I kid, I kid. I can see your point of view about us wanting to play with a "new filter". But I assure you, that wasn't the case. The filter wasn't new at all. A movie about wartime censorship is a good idea. It would most likely have to be on a more serious note. Which I wasn't looking to do at the time. I wanted humor, with some social commentary. I think you, however, should make a 60 second movie about wartime censorship and send it in. C'mon...you know you wanna.

Thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions.

I like some of your stuff and will hopefully at one point film some 60 second clips to send to your site.
